Should you not agree fully to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately refrain from using our services

2. Scope of Services

Medicatour Solutions Ltd provides exclusively coordination and facilitation services related to medical travel. These services include the arrangement and scheduling of medical appointments with duly licensed medical professionals and healthcare facilities; logistical coordination for transfers between airports, healthcare facilities, and accommodations; care coordination services to ensure logistical and administrative support throughout the patient’s medical journey; and administrative support, such as assistance with communication between patients and healthcare providers, and related documentation.

Medicatour Solutions Ltd explicitly states that it does not provide any form of medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services. All medical decisions and procedures fall strictly within the authority and responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals and/or medical institutions, with whom patients engage directly. Any information provided through this website or other company communications is intended solely for informational purposes and does not constitute a substitute for professional medical advice or consultation. Furthermore, the company does not offer travel-related services, including but not limited to flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa assistance, or any travel documentation. However, Medicatour Solutions Ltd may collaborate with reliable and licensed third-party providers in order to support patients with such arrangements. In such cases, the final responsibility for all bookings and travel-related matters lies exclusively with the respective service providers, with whom the patient interacts directly.

In addition, Medicatour Solutions Ltd does not offer any post-operative care services or guarantees regarding the success or outcomes of medical procedures. Patients remain fully responsible for adhering to the instructions and aftercare protocols provided by their chosen healthcare professionals. The company also does not handle, receive, or transfer any financial payments for medical treatments; all such payments are made directly between the patient and the healthcare provider or medical facility.

Medicatour Solutions Ltd acts solely as a facilitator and coordinator and expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for the quality, safety, effectiveness, or results of medical services rendered by independent third-party healthcare providers or other external service providers.

Medicatour Solutions Ltd assumes no liability whatsoever for the actions, omissions, or services of any third-party individuals, organizations, or institutions providing medical or travel services to patients.

By engaging the services of Medicatour Solutions Ltd, you expressly acknowledge, accept, and agree to the following terms and limitations of liability:

Medicatour Solutions Ltd acts solely as a facilitator and does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services of any kind. As such, the Company bears no responsibility or liability for the outcome, effectiveness, safety, or quality of any medical procedures performed by healthcare providers or institutions. The Company does not offer any guarantees or warranties concerning medical outcomes, success rates, or results, as these are subject to the independent medical judgment, expertise, and conduct of licensed professionals, as well as individual patient health conditions and adherence to prescribed medical instructions.

Medicatour Solutions Ltd expressly disclaims any liability for complications, adverse reactions, side effects, or dissatisfaction arising from medical procedures or services. Any claims, disputes, or grievances regarding medical treatment, malpractice, or healthcare outcomes must be addressed directly with the relevant healthcare provider or institution. Medicatour Solutions Ltd will not be a party to such matters and shall not assume any liability in relation thereto.

Additionally, the Company assumes no liability for delays, cancellations, disruptions, or failures in service resulting from the actions or omissions of third-party service providers, including medical institutions, transport providers, accommodation facilities, or administrative personnel.

In all cases, Medicatour Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of use, emotional distress, or other non-material damages resulting from the use of its coordination services.

By using our services, you confirm your full understanding and acceptance of these limitations and exclusions of liability, acknowledging that your engagement with Medicatour Solutions Ltd is undertaken solely at your own risk.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Patients expressly agree to pay all applicable facilitation fees for the coordination and support services provided by Medicatour Solutions Ltd. These fees are separate from and in addition to any medical treatment costs. All payments for medical treatments must be made exclusively and directly to the relevant healthcare providers, such as hospitals, clinics, or physicians.

Medicatour Solutions Ltd does not handle, receive, or process any payments related to medical treatments or procedures.

Facilitation fees are generally non-refundable once Medicatour Solutions Ltd has commenced the arrangement or coordination of services. Patients are required to review and accept the specific refund policy in writing prior to engaging the company’s services.

In the event of cancellation by the patient after coordination services have been initiated, Medicatour Solutions Ltd reserves the right to retain, either in full or in part, the facilitation fees in order to cover administrative costs incurred.

5. Patient Responsibilities

By engaging the services of Medicatour Solutions Ltd, patients expressly agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful medical and personal information both to the Company and to the healthcare providers involved. This information is essential for the proper coordination of services and for ensuring that healthcare professionals are adequately informed.

Patients also undertake to comply strictly with all medical guidelines, instructions, and recommendations provided by duly licensed healthcare practitioners. Adherence to medical advice is solely the responsibility of the patient and is critical for the effectiveness and safety of the treatments undertaken.

All travel-related logistics and expenses, including but not limited to flights, accommodation, and visa arrangements, must be independently organized and covered by the patient. Medicatour Solutions Ltd does not assume any responsibility for such arrangements.

Furthermore, patients are expected to attend punctually all medical appointments and transfers as scheduled and arranged through Medicatour Solutions Ltd. Failure to do so may result in missed services, delays, or additional costs, for which the Company bears no responsibility.

Ultimately, patients acknowledge and accept that they are solely and fully responsible for their healthcare decisions and for any consequences that may result. Medicatour Solutions Ltd disclaims all liability for missed appointments, negligence, or failure by the patient to comply with either medical or administrative instructions.

6. Travel & Insurance

Medicatour Solutions Ltd explicitly does not book, manage, or facilitate any travel-related arrangements (flights, hotels, visas). Patients are solely responsible for ensuring possession of valid passports, visas, and travel documentation prior to travel.

Comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for medical emergencies, cancellations, disruptions, and personal liability, is strongly recommended.

7. Third-Party Links & Referrals

Medicatour Solutions Ltd may include external links or referrals to third-party websites, healthcare providers, or travel services solely for informational purposes. These entities operate independently.

8. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

Medicatour Solutions Ltd shall not be held liable for any cancellations, delays, disruptions, or interruptions in the provision of its services caused by Force Majeure events. Such events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, public health emergencies, or government-imposed restrictions that impact travel or medical operations.

Force Majeure also encompasses political unrest, strikes, or changes in regulatory or legal frameworks that may affect the delivery or accessibility of medical tourism services. Additionally, the Company bears no responsibility for unforeseen closures or operational disruptions at healthcare facilities or other related service providers.

Given the potential impact of such events, patients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any associated risks or losses.

9. Cancellation Policy

Patients are required to notify Medicatour Solutions Ltd in writing of any cancellations related to scheduled services or treatments.

Cancellations made more than 21 days prior to the scheduled treatment date may be subject to an administrative fee of up to £100 to cover preliminary coordination efforts.

Cancellations submitted within 21 days of the scheduled treatment date may incur an administrative fee of up to £200, reflecting the increased coordination costs already incurred by that stage.

In cases of no-shows or missed appointments without prior written notice, Medicatour Solutions Ltd reserves the right to retain the full amount of any fees already paid, with no entitlement to refund.

10. Aftercare Responsibility

Post-treatment guidelines are provided exclusively by healthcare providers. Compliance is strictly the patient’s responsibility.

Medicatour Solutions Ltd explicitly disclaims liability for complications arising from patient non-compliance. Patients experiencing complications must consult directly with their healthcare provider or local medical services.

Medicatour Solutions Ltd bears no responsibility for aftercare once patients depart from the treatment country.

11. Remedial Care & Disputes

If remedial treatment is required, Medicatour Solutions Ltd will reasonably assist in facilitating patient-provider communication.
